Weekly rental rates and availability:
Gooseye is normally available between Easter and October.
Gooseye is a Saturday to Saturday let.
Short breaks
3 night breaks: 70% of full week price
4 night breaks: 80% of full week price
5 night breaks: 90% of full week price
(Short breaks are not normally available between the beginning of May and the end of September)
Arrival and Departure
Gooseye is normally available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Terms of booking
Written confirmation with 50% deposit at time of booking, balance payable one month prior to arrival. Payment may be made by cheque or by bank transfer, details on request.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel a booking and it is at least 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday your deposit will be refunded. If you have to cancel once the full amount has been paid, then we will make every effort to re-let for the same period. If this is possible then a full or, if appropriate, partial refund will be made.
